Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead a team of testers to achieve product testing requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Conduct thorough testing of products to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of testing tasks and meet project deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably as a lead.
- Strong knowledge of testing fundamentals, including black box and white box testing.
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
