Job Description

Varicent- Sr. Test Lead- 1 Offshore- 5A
Overall 10+ Years Industry Experience including Varicent and Testing.
8+ years of relevant QA experience on a customer-facing web product
Experience in leading a QA team or managing the careers of direct reports at different levels of career development.
5+ Years experience on Sales and Performance /Incentive Management Domain
3+ Years of Experience on Varicent as a Functional Consultant, Business Analysts or Test Manager
Good Experience and Knowledge on Test Management, Test Strategy and Testing Methodologies
Experience on Test Case Desing, Reviews and Defect Management
Good Understanding of Testing Process, Stakeholder Management and Communication, Reporting
Experience on Creation of Test Strategy, Test Plan and Approach based on Program.
