Finance HRC Test lead @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle EBS AR Modules - Invoice to Cash, Holds, and Collections Management.
• Proven expertise in testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience in leading BAT or UAT teams in large-scale ERP environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across functional teams and manage testing dependencies.
• Hands on experience to High Radius (Deductions & Credit) or Cisco domain Deductions module is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of integration points between Oracle AR and other modules (AP, GL, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile / Waterfall delivery methodologies.
