Own and drive the overall test automation strategy for the project/product.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using C#, Selenium WebDriver, and related tools.
Lead and mentor a team of automation and manual testers (onshore/offshore).
Analyze requirements/user stories and define test approach, scope, and effort estimates.
Implement automation for UI, API, and regression test suites; ensure good coverage and reliability.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Perform code reviews for automation scripts and enforce coding standards, best practices, and reusability.
Collaborate closely with Developers, BAs, Product Owners, and DevOps to ensure alignment and smooth releases.
Track and report test progress, automation metrics, and quality risks to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and test effectiveness.
Strong programming skills in C# / .NET.
Expert-level knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and automation design patterns (Page Object Model, BDD, etc.).
Experience with test frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, xUnit, or SpecFlow.
Solid experience in API testing & automation (e.g., RestSharp, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar).
Good understanding of OOP principles, clean code practices, and version control (Git).
Experience integrating tests in CI/CD pipelines and working with tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and defect lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work with distributed teams, and strong stakeholder management.
