Test Lead @ Infinite

Job Description

• Own and drive the overall test automation strategy for the project/product.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using C#, Selenium WebDriver, and related tools.

• Lead and mentor a team of automation and manual testers (onshore/offshore).

• Analyze requirements/user stories and define test approach, scope, and effort estimates.

• Implement automation for UI, API, and regression test suites; ensure good coverage and reliability.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• Perform code reviews for automation scripts and enforce coding standards, best practices, and reusability.

• Collaborate closely with Developers, BAs, Product Owners, and DevOps to ensure alignment and smooth releases.

• Track and report test progress, automation metrics, and quality risks to stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and test effectiveness.

• Strong programming skills in C# / .NET.

• Expert-level knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and automation design patterns (Page Object Model, BDD, etc.).

• Experience with test frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, xUnit, or SpecFlow.

• Solid experience in API testing & automation (e.g., RestSharp, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar).

• Good understanding of OOP principles, clean code practices, and version control (Git).

• Experience integrating tests in CI/CD pipelines and working with tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and defect lifecycle.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with distributed teams, and strong stakeholder management.
