Job Description

• Role Summary:Oversee end-to-end QA reporting, Trust Score dashboards, and quality improvement initiatives
• Key Responsibilities:- Aggregate data from platform (Cyara/Cekura) and QA logs
• - Generate monthly and quarterly Trust Score reports
• - Visualize adherence metrics (Instruction Following, Latency, CSAT, Empathy)
• - Conduct root-cause analysis and improvement plans
• - Present quality findings to client stakeholders
• Required Skills:- Strong background in QA analytics, Excel/Power BI/Tableau
• - Familiarity with Cyara data exports or APIs
• - Experience building metric-driven QA dashboards
• Preferred:- BFSI or customer experience domain exposure
• - Basic understanding of NLP/LLM metric aggregation
