Job Overview
We are looking for a sales-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations and drive revenue at our Kailash Colony clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Counsellor or Consultant in a clinic, wellness, or healthcare environment. Comprehensive training will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets through effective client counselling and conversions
  • Handle walk-in and lead-based consultations for hair & skin treatments
  • Assist the Branch Manager in daily clinic operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients for treatment plans
  • Coordinate with the front desk and internal teams for smooth operations
  • Handle billing, reports, and basic MIS
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
Required Skills & Experience
  • 13 years of experience as a Counsellor / Consultant / Sales Executive
  • Strong sales and conversion skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and customer-focused approach
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and clinic software is an advantage
