We Are Hiring! ERP Implementation Executive

Position: ERP Implementation Executive (Functional Consultant)

Location: Noida, Sector 132
Experience: Freshers (Male Only)

Training Period: Duration: 3 - 4 months (training on ERP system and implementation process)

Working Days: 6 Days working (All Sunday | 1st and 3rd Saturday Off)

Working hours: 10 Am - 6:30 Pm

Interview: Walk in

Experience: 0 Yrs - 5 Years

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Based on interview and experience

Incentives (per month based on project location):

India & Nepal: 25% of fixed pay

Middle East & Sri Lanka: 50% of fixed pay

Africa: 100% of fixed pay
Increment: 5,000 after successful completion of 1 year

Key Responsibilities

Assist in ERP software implementation for clients

Travel to client locations for project handling (Domestic & International)

Understand client requirements and support the end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions in the packaging/manufacturing sector.

Act as a functional consultant bridging business requirements with ERP system capabilities.

Configure, test, and deploy ERP modules in alignment with client processes.

Provide functional support during ERP implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support).

Conduct client training sessions and create process documentation for end-users. Coordinate with internal technical teams for customization and issue resolution.

Other Terms

Original documents (10th / 12th / Degree certificates) will be retained by the company for 2 years as a safeguard for investment made in the candidate
Candidate must be willing to travel extensively (Travel, boarding, Lodging reimbursed by company)
