Job Description

• Assign tasks to team members and manage workload efficiently.Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain and update requirements from ongoing projects.Coordinate with users for inputs, reviews, and approvals.Conduct daily defect discussions and ensure resolution.
• Report on testing activities, including results, test case coverage, and defect status.Ensure adherence to established test processes and quality standards.Manage and monitor the work of the testing team.
• Responsible for metrics measurement, analysis, and implementation.
• Leader ship Quality Technical Skills & Domain Knowledge:Strong expertise in Databases, Data Mart, and Ingenium/Life Insurance applications.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and defect management.Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
