Job Description

DevOps Integration Specialist - Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager with up to 14 years of experience in DevOps practices and integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to lead teams in implementing DevOps solutions that enhance software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage DevOps practices and integration solutions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to understand their requirements and develop tailored DevOps strategies.

Lead and mentor DevOps teams, providing guidance and support in the deployment of automation and integration solutions.

Stay informed about trends in DevOps technologies and practices to drive service improvements and strategic decisions.

Provide technical insights for proposals and engage in client discussions to support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

Up to 14 years of experience in DevOps practices and integration, with a focus on CI/CD and automation.

Proven experience in implementing DevOps solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into effective DevOps strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in DevOps practices are highly desirable.

Preferred
Skills:

Proficiency in automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform) and cloud platforms.

Knowledge of security practices and compliance standards related to DevOps.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
