Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.

Lead the implementation of automation workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing bots for performance and scalability.

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver tailored solutions.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality deliverables and addressing feedback promptly.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Experience with process automation tools and frameworks.

Ability to analyze and optimize workflows for efficiency.

Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.

This position is based at our Noida office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

AA360 Advanced or Masters Certification is preferred Qualification 15 years full time education
