Project Role Description :Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.

Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements. You will collaborate with team members to ensure that the software meets the necessary specifications and contributes to the overall success of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct testing and validation of software configurations to ensure they meet business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

Experience with configuration management tools and practices.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.

Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools. Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
