We are hiring for Domestic BPO Customer Service (Chat Process) roles for our Noida location. Profile: Customer Service Chat Process (Blended)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview

Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Strong spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
All educational and ID documents must be available.

Salary Details
Freshers: 19,000 CTC
Experienced candidates: 23,000 CTC

Quarterly Bonus 3000

Work Schedule
6 days working per week.
Rotational shifts with cab during odd hours.

Handle customer queries through chat and calls professionally.
Resolve customer issues accurately and within defined timelines.
Provide correct product or service-related information.
Maintain positive and professional interactions with customers.
Conduct quality checks, surveys, and capture customer feedback.
Ensure a smooth, satisfactory, and shareable customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent English communication and typing skills.
Willingness to work from office and in rotational shifts.
Valid educational and government ID documents.
