Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with 11 to 14 years of expertise in manual testing testing and documentation and PySpark. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work effectively in a day shift contributing to our innovative projects without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the testing efforts for software projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases for manual testing.
- Provide detailed documentation of testing processes and results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
- Utilize PySpark to perform data validation and testing on large datasets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with project goals.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing methodologies.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation for future reference and audits.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance testing processes.
- Monitor testing progress and report on key performance indicators.
- Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring software reliability and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in manual testing and documentation processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using PySpark for data testing and validation.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
