Job Description
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor''s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience

- Additionally, you should be proficient in writing English and fluent in verbal communication to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications by writing clean, efficient code in Java and JSON using various IDEs
- Design and implement programs for new projects, enhancements, and defect fixes
- Apply advanced knowledge of Java design patterns (DTO, DAO) to build robust solutions
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and reliability
- Independently handle small to medium complexity software assignments and integrations
- Follow standard coding processes and maintain high-quality deliverables
- Use GitLab for version control, code commits, and release tracking
- Provide regular updates to leads on task progress and upcoming deliverables
- Work within Agile methodologies, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Support testing teams in defect analysis and provide timely software fixes
- Create reusable frameworks, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team to design pages aligned with standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of build, design, release, and estimation processes
- Understand and apply CI/CD practices for efficient delivery pipelines
- Mentor and guide intermediate engineers and technical leads to help them grow
- Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Strong proficiency in Java, JSON, and design patterns (DTO, DAO)
- Hands-on experience with GitLab, JIRA, Confluence
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Experience in framework creation, performance optimization, and code reviews
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and drive innovation
- Must-Have SkillsJava programming with advanced knowledge of design patterns (DTO, DAO)
- Spring Boot framework for backend development
- Database expertise: SQL and Oracle
- Use of AI tools (eg, GitHub Copilot, AI-driven accelerators) for code generation, optimization, and automation
- Additional Skills & ToolsHands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Knowledge of Git, JIRA, Confluence for collaboration and tracking
- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes for containerization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
