Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Manager in Field Sales and Servicing, with a focus on B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success in field sales.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in sales software and technology, with the ability to learn new systems and tools.
