Job Description
As a Project Manager at Edwisely, you will lead execution and delivery of strategic projects that drive product value and customer success. You will partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, Subject Matter Experts) to ensure high quality, timely delivery and measurable impact for institutional and product growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution and delivery of multiple software projects from kickoff to closure.
- Translate business objectives and product requirements into detailed project plans with clear milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, product and customer success to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track and communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes, tools, and documentation.
- Own project delivery frameworks ensuring clarity in scope, timelines, and outcomes.
- Facilitate scrum/stand-ups, sprint planning and release coordination.
- Help prioritise tasks and manage dependencies across teams.
- Consistently deliver stakeholder delight through proactive communication with internal and external teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of project delivery experience in a tech or SaaS environment
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Ability to translate business needs to actionable tasks
- Strong problem-solving and prioritisation abilities
- Experience managing B2B SaaS product projects
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Certification in PMP/CSM or Agile practices
