ABOUT THE ROLE
Senior Graphic Designer /Sr. Graphic Designer.
Experience: Minimum 6 Years (Agency background mandatory)
Role Summary
You will lead the visual direction for key accounts and mentor junior designers while
ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned creative output across campaigns.
Roles && Responsibilities
Lead creative execution for major client accounts
Conceptualize campaigns, key visuals && brand identities
Review and guide junior designers work
Coordinate with strategy && client servicing teams
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
Handle high-pressure deadlines and multiple projects
Must-Have Skills
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong conceptual && visual storytelling skills

Experience with branding && campaign creatives
Team leadership && mentoring ability
Deep understanding of agency workflows
