Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Head to lead hotel and property acquisition across West and South India. The role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and closing new hotel partnerships to expand the brand footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end hotel & property acquisition (sourcing to closure)
  
• Build strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, and investors
  
• Conduct feasibility studies and commercial evaluations
  
• Negotiate management contracts, lease & revenue-share agreements
  
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, Projects & Operations teams
  
• Track market trends and competitor activity
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in hotel business development / expansion / acquisition
  
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  
• Proven experience in closing high-value hospitality deals
