Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers

• Understand customer concerns and provide timely, effective solutions

• Communicate product and service information accurately and clearly

• Maintain a professional, polite, and empathetic approach in all interactions

• Log call details and customer information accurately in internal systems

• Achieve performance targets related to quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal support teams for efficient issue resolution

 

Eligibility Criteria

• 1 to 10 years of experience in International BPO, Voice Process, or Customer Service

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills

• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours

• Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset

• Basic computer knowledge with good typing proficiency
