Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in medication management.
- Monitor medication inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements within the pharmacy.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement medication management strategies.
- Conduct training and orientation sessions for new staff members.
- Review and update pharmacy protocols and procedures as necessary.
- Address any medication-related queries from patients and healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software and electronic health records.
