Role: Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Old HAL Airport Road, Bangalore
What Youll Do :
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting and financial report
- Develop and manage financial models to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates on financial performance to department heads and other stakeholders
- Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, and long-term financial plans, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets, to support decision-making across various departments and facilities.
- Prepare monthly variance reports and management summaries, delivering accurate, actionable insights that support strategic decisions.
- Enhance reporting tools, including dashboards and in-month metrics, to drive data-driven insights and create value across the organization.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support investment and business development initiatives.
What We Are Looking for :
- CA/ CMA/MBA are preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (Excluding Articleship Experience)
- Proficiency in financial modelling and budgeting tools, such as Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders

- Collaborate closely with operational leaders to support ongoing financial planning, identify risks and opportunities, and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support investment and business development initiatives.
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, providing a clear financial performance and narrative.
