We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Coder with strong expertise in multispecialty coding to train, mentor, and support coding teams.

Specialty: Multispecialty
Certification: Mandatory
Location: Bangalore& Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multispeciality operations covering medical and surgical specialties
• Manage large teams and oversee day-to-day operational performance
• Ensure adherence to SLA, productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, QA, and training teams
• Monitor performance reports, KPIs, and take corrective actions
• Support transitions, ramp-ups, and new process implementations
• Mentor and develop managers, team leads, and senior staff
