Job Title: Travel Executive GDS

Job Description / Criteria:

12 years of hands-on experience working on GDS systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Sabre and/or Amadeus is preferred
Good understanding of air ticketing, reissues, refunds, and cancellations
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
Comfortable working in night shifts
Willingness to work in a fast-paced travel operations environment
