Finance Manager @ Linux Laboratories

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts (monthly / quarterly).
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, SCM, and R&D for budget inputs.
• Prepare Legal Entity wise, Cluster/Division, Product-wise, and function-wise budgets.
• Develop financial models for:
• New product launches
• Capacity expansion

Price revisions and margin impact

• Prepare rolling forecasts incorporating volume, pricing, cost, and mix changes.
• Track actual vs budget vs forecast and highlight key deviations in a timely manner
• Track Capex Budgets and monitor Capex Spends ideally through ERP.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting revenue, margins, and cash flows.

Support management with scenario and sensitivity analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Support statutory, internal, and management audits with analytical insights.
• Ensure strong planning assumptions and documentation for budgets and forecasts.

Maintain consistency between planning models and audited financials Reconcile Reported MIS and Audited Financials.
