Job title: Sales Manager- TASC
Grade Band: Junior/ Medium Management
Reports to: Branch Manager
Role Details
To acquire, manage and grow portfolio of TASC clients by offering tailored banking solutions, ensuring high service standards, compliance, and deepening relationships across various TASC entities (such as Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs, Section 8 companies, Autonomous Bodies, etc. - and entities run by them such as Education/Religious/Healthcare Institutes etc. in mapped branches.)
Overall Job Description
- Business Acquisition & Portfolio Management - Identify and drive business through both Self acquisition and mapped branches/Sales team
- Relationship Management - Understand the banking needs of various types of entities under the TASC umbrella and offer customized solutions (Collection and Payment Solutions etc.) so as to retain and increase relationship. Also, work with mapped Branches/Sales Teams to grow TASC business in their mapped book.
- Product Knowledge & Advisory - Stay updated on the latest regulations related to TASC by advising clients on best practices in fund management, donations, compliance, cash-flow optimization and Collection & Payment Solutions.
- Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure complete KYC and due diligence as per bank and regulatory norms. Also, monitor transactions to flag and prevent misuse or non-compliant activity.
- Internal Coordination - Work with Branches and other sales team for growing TASC business in mapped branches
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
EDUCATION
Essential requirement: Graduate / Post Graduate, preferred exposure to financial subjects
Preferred: Post Graduate in Finance / Commerce
WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential requirement: 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in the banking industry
Preferred: 2 years of relevant work experience in TASC or Non-Individual sales
Any specific requirements
- AMFI Certified (Mandatory)
- IRDA certification (Desirable)
- Relevant work experience in the banking industry is preferred.
