Position: Assistant Manager / Manager Direct Assignment / Securitization (Treasury Team)Location: Corporate Office Andheri EastRole Overview
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing treasury fund raising activities specifically related to Direct Assignment and Securitization. The role involves preparing financial details and pool data for investors, monitoring securitized portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pool-related and financial details for presentation to investors.
- Maintain MIS reports for timely submission to management.
- Prepare proposal notes and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Prepare, monitor, and follow up on investor payouts reports.
- Monitor the securitized and Direct Assignment portfolio and follow up on audit pendencies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Priority Sector Lending (PSL) and Non-Performing Sector Lending (NPSL) loans.
- Understand Retail Asset Products such as Gold, SME, LAP loans, etc.
- Assist the team in the deal execution process.
- Monitor cash collateral utilization and Fixed Deposit (FD) top-ups across all deals.
- Handle counterpart and bank confirmation of securitization transactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines as per RBI norms.
Required Skills and Qualifications.
- Strong understanding of retail asset products and PSL/NPSL loan structures.
- Excellent financial analysis and MIS reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely coordination.
- Knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
