Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/ ECE/ C&I Engineering with Minimum 14 Years' Experience in Instrumentation Maintenance department of Combined Cycle plants of >200 MW.
- Sound knowledge on combined cycle Plant Instrument systems and leadership skills.
- Develop PM schedule for Power Plant Instrument equipment sand ensure its implementation.
- Taking prompt repairs & breakdown maintenance of equipment.
- Coordinating with EPC team for smooth takeover of Plant Instrumentation systems.
- Identifying the spares and ensuring they are available readily.
- Planning and Execution of major overhauls and inspections in line with OEM recommendations
- Preparation of Standard Maintenance Practices and implementation for Plant Instrumentation systems.
- Developing management programs meeting objectives for his areas.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to applicable Legal and statutory requirements.
- Budget preparation for Plant Instrumentation systems maintenance in line with Annual Operating Plan.
- Ensures implementation of Corrective and Preventive actions and tracking of non-conformities
- Mobilization of resources for carrying out the maintenance
- Impart inter departmental training.
- Inculcate safe working practices among the team to attain the plant safety Goals.
- Co-ordination with operations and other departments to achieve Department objectives
Required Candidate profile
