Job Description

Key Skills: C#, Automated Testing, Test Automation Framework, People Management, Test Driven Development

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the automation team, setting goals, defining priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of automation initiatives.
• Architect and oversee the development of scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using Python, C#, and Ranorex.
• Collaborate with product, development, QA, and DevOps teams to align automation strategies with overall business goals and technical roadmaps.
• Drive the adoption of BDD frameworks like SpecFlow or Behave and ensure alignment with agile testing methodologies.
• Evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to ensure effective and efficient automation practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers at all levels, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are upheld in all testing practices, especially within the healthcare domain.
• Monitor and report on key automation metrics and continuously improve coverage, stability, and performance of automated tests.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in automation testing with Python and C#
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks
• Proficiency in tools such as Ranorex, Selenium, or similar automation platforms
• Deep understanding of TDD and BDD methodologies (SpecFlow, Behave preferred)
• CI/CD pipeline integration for automation execution
• Solid understanding of QA processes, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• People management and team leadership experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Exposure to testing in regulated domains (e.g., healthcare) is an added advantage

Education: B.E. in Computer Science or related field
