Serve as a platform expert with POC or implementation experience in Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP
Hands-on experience configuring Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP, including creating schemas, ingesting data from a variety of sources, configuring identity resolution, profiling, segmentation, and connecting destinations for activation using RT-CDP. Experience with AEP data ingestion, transformation, and activation is needed
Expert knowledge of Data Architecture, ETL and AEP Data Schema. Strong understanding of data modelling principles and best practices within the AEP ecosystem. Responsible for maintaining robust data pipelines.
Proficient in AEP APIs, Web SDKs, Mobile SDKs and integrations with other MarTech platforms (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.
AJO Platform Expertise:
Design, build and optimize custom journeys to support complex campaign logic and real-time personalization using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Strong understanding of AJO modules including but not limited to Campaigns & Journeys along with activities involved in it Events, Audience, Orchestration activities, Content Fragments, Channel configurations.
Campaign development experience- Build and execute AJO Campaigns with relevant Target list (API based OR read segment or audience qualification) and using various communication channels like Email, SMS, Push notifications.
Monitor campaign performance, run tests, and report on KPIs using AJO out of the box reports Strong understanding of the out of the box reports for AJO journey and Campaigns (24-Hrs and All-time reports), analyze the Campaign effectiveness/insights
Technical issue resolution - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
Project Management & Collaboration:
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Martech, Marketing Operations, Adobe Support) to understand the issues and support fixing problems.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AEP and related technologies.
Continuously learn and expand your knowledge of data management, data science, and customer experience.
Good to have:
Adobe Experience Cloud tool certification (either Adobe RT-CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer is a plus)
Experience with Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics & Adobe launch is a plus
Knowledge of Experience with Adobe Launch (Adobe Web SDK, Mobile SDK) is a plus.
Experience with agile methodologies and project management is a plus.
Knowledge of Web Technologies like HTML, and CSS would be a plus
Good to have knowledge and understanding to develop and implement custom solutions within the AEP environment using Adobe REST APIs and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and other relevant tools for any required automation use-cases
