Job Description
Key Skills: SAP CO, Implementation, SAP COPA, SAP Controlling, SAP HANA, S4H, S4HANA
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP CO implementation projects and ensure successful delivery aligned with best practices.
- Execute full-cycle SAP CO S/4HANA implementations with a focus on manufacturing industry processes.
- Design and configure solutions integrating SAP CO with FI, PP, MM, and SD modules.
- Provide expertise in Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Multiple Valuation, and Transfer Pricing.
- Manage Month-End and Year-End closing activities ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle manufacturing scenarios including Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), Discrete, and Process Manufacturing.
- Support Batch Management, Variant Configuration, and IDOCs in connection with FICO processes.
- Execute data migration activities leveraging SAP best practices for optimization.
- Train and mentor junior consultants and business stakeholders on SAP CO modules.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO, SAP COPA, and SAP HANA
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent understanding of Product Costing, Material Ledger, Transfer Pricing, and Cost Object Controlling
- Ability to configure and integrate SAP CO with FI, PP, MM, and SD modules
- Experience in Month End / Year End closing and financial compliance processes
- Working knowledge of Batch Management, Variant Configuration, and IDOCs related to FICO
- Strong stakeholder management, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical problem-solving mindset with hands-on experience in data migration and system optimization
Education: Accounting degree or accounting experience preferred.
