ReactJS Developer @ CGI

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Work closely with offshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Conduct client demos and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications: ReactJS: Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle. JavaScript: In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+. HTML/CSS: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments. Onsite/Offshore Model: Proven experience in collaborating with onsite and offshore teams. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Client Interaction: Ability to conduct client demos and presentations effectively. .NET and Azure: Familiarity with .NET framework and Azure cloud services. Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control. Testing: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library. Preferred Qualifications: UI/UX Design: Understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools. CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
