Job Title: HVAC Draughtsman (Revit)

Location : Colaba

Experience : 5-8 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Draughtsman with strong experience in Revit to prepare accurate HVAC drawings for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with HVAC engineers and project teams to develop coordinated, high-quality design and construction documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC drawings (layout plans, sections, details, and schematics) using Revit
  
• Develop and maintain Revit models for HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, equipment, and accessories
  
• Coordinate HVAC drawings with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
  
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
  
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards
  
• Update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and engineer comments
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any Graduation is preferred
  
• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Draughtsman (experience level can be adjusted)
  
• Strong proficiency in Revit (HVAC / MEP)
  
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, duct sizing, piping, and equipment layouts
  
• Knowledge of HVAC design standards, symbols, and industry best practices
  
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings
  
• Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage
  
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination processes
