Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ReactJS UI Developer to join our dynamic team
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UI development, with a strong focus on ReactJS
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for our web applications, working in an Agile environment, and collaborating with both onsite and offshore teams
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Work closely with offshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Conduct client demos and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Required Skills and Qualifications: ReactJS: Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle
- JavaScript: In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+
- HTML/CSS: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments
- Onsite/Offshore Model: Proven experience in collaborating with onsite and offshore teams
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Client Interaction: Ability to conduct client demos and presentations effectively
- NET and Azure: Familiarity with
- NET framework and Azure cloud services
- Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control
- Testing: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library
- Preferred Qualifications: UI/UX Design: Understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools
- CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
