Job Description
Role Overview
Responsible for implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM & RMK) and leveraging SmartRecruiting features to optimize talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and maintain SAP RCM for job requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflows.
- Manage SAP RMK for career site branding, candidate engagement, and marketing campaigns.
- Utilize SmartRecruiting tools for AI-driven candidate matching and job recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to design recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and recruitment regulations.
- Provide training and support for recruiters and hiring managers on SAP modules.
Required Skills :
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
- Knowledge of SmartRecruiting AI features and integration with RCM.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Ability to configure workflows, templates, and career site content.
- Analytical skills for recruitment metrics and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications :
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting.
- Experience in global recruitment projects.
- Familiarity with integration between SAP modules and third-party tools.
