Job Description
1. To maintain relationship with clients and handle all client queries post booking formalities till possession.2. To follow-up, maintain and track payments of all clients.
3. To assist client with all queries pertaining to Agreement, Registration, Taxation, Banking, etc as may be required
4. To co-ordinate and handle all documentation internally and externally pertaining to L-n-L / Sales
5. To co-ordinate with Sales Team as and when required
B) Payment License Fee / Collection & Tracking
6. To track recoveries / installments and follow up with customers.
7. To send reminders to clients for payments
8. To coordinate with other Departments Legal, Liaison, Design, Finance & Banking, for various aspects of projects
C) MIS & Reports
9. To prepare and circulate MIS Reports on timely basis as per Dept. policy
10. To maintain accurate historic data of bookings, collections etc
11. To keep accurate records of agreements, LOAs, other documents, etc
D) Sales Support & Other Responsibilities
12. To support sales activities, launch as required for all commercial projects
13. To assist and be present for all events, road shows, etc., during launch and promotion of new projects.
14. To coordinate with the property management department on completion of commercial projects.
15. To carry out any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
16. Real estate experience is mandatory.
