Responsibilities :

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent planning for the circle
• Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and grievance handling
• Ensure smooth execution of HR processes from hire to retire
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations
• Support workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
• Maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and reporting to central HR leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admin, Finance, Operations) to drive efficiency
• Responsible for handling a team of Store HR, Area HR & Regional Recruiters.
