What would you do?
You will be managing the team of Banking Operations Analysts and Content Management Specialists:Your key responsibilities are as follows:?Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.?Deliver effective business solutions while ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.?Oversee seamless onboarding and transition processes for new accounts.?Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of project delivery.?Coaching and mentoring the team members?Manage stakeholders by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure optimal service delivery.?Maintain sufficient capacity consistently to meet operational demands.?Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.?Achieving targeted Net Promoter Scores and Intelligent Operations metricesWe help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business.

Roles and Responsibilities: ?In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems? Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures? The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals? Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads? Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture? The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments? Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams? Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture? Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualification Any Graduation
