Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in PHP 8.x, Laravel, and WordPress to lead development across multiple web platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong backend and frontend capabilities, hands-on experience in cloud/server management, and the ability to integrate complex APIs and payment systems. This role also involves mentoring junior developers and ensuring high-quality technical delivery across projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Laravel and PHP 8.x.
- Build reusable components, services, and modern application architectures.
2. WordPress Development & Management
- Lead end-to-end development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress websites.
- Build custom plugins, themes, and integrations without relying on page builders.
3. Payment Gateway Integration
- Implement and support secure payment workflows with Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, and other payment gateways.
4. Third-Party API Integration
- Architect and integrate complex external systems including:
- CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce)
- RESTful APIs for internal/external systems
- Ensure APIs are secure, stable, and optimized for performance.
5. Server & DevOps Management
- Manage cloud and web infrastructure across:
- AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
- Linux-based servers (Nginx/Apache configuration, security hardening)
- Shared hosting environments
- Participate in deployment planning, automation, and environment optimization.
6. Database Engineering
- Design and optimize MySQL databases for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and ensure data integrity.
7. Frontend Development
- Develop responsive UI components using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend best practices.
- Troubleshoot cross-browser and responsive UI issues.
8. Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for system failures and optimize application performance.
9. Mentorship & Code Quality
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and guide junior developers.
- Assist in technical decision-making and architectural discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory)
Technical Expertise
- 79 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Expert-level proficiency in PHP 8.x and strong understanding of modern PHP practices.
- Deep Laravel experience: large-scale application development, queues, jobs, caching, and advanced features.
- Extensive WordPress development experiencecustom themes, plugins, hooks, filters, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience integrating a wide range of RESTful APIs and payment gateways.
Database & Frontend Skills
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, database schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Solid frontend development skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX.
Infrastructure & DevOps
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Hands-on experience managing Linux servers, firewalls, cron jobs, and hosting environments.
- Experience deploying applications on shared hosting and cloud servers.
CRM & Integration Skills
- Good understanding of CRM concepts and strong experience integrating with Zoho and Salesforce.
- Zoho Deluge scripting experience is a major plus.
Additional Skills
- Familiarity with other backend technologies like Python or .NET Core.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with Node.js for building microservices, REST APIs, or backend utilities.
- Exposure to React.js or Next.js for building modern, scalable frontends.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, modern frontend tooling, and component-driven architecture
