Job Description
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for IT/Software roles, including niche and leadership level positions
- Expertise in sourcing through job portals, social media, internal database, and referrals
- Good understanding of emerging tech skills like Data Science, Sitecore, MSCRM, Cloud, ALML, Generative AI
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through mapping and networking, especially in small and mid-sized software companies
- Effectively engage with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions within timelines
- Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and recruitment metrics regularly
- Drive and manage candidate negotiations, offers, and onboarding processes
- Ensure adherence to recruitment process and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless interview coordination and candidate experience
- Experience in hiring IT candidates for geographies outside India such as Dubai, Australia
- Capable of handling senior and leadership hiring independently

Preferred candidate profile
- 3 - 8 years of proven experience in technical hiring
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.)
- Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and handling recruitment MIS reports
- Excellent stakeholder handling and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple demands
