Job Description
- To ensure full time site supervision in accordance with specifications.
- To ensure implementation of quality work as per specifications.
- Review progress through area schedules and look ahead schedules.
- To maintain strict quality control to avoid reworks.
- Review and checking drawings prior to execution of the work and to escalate discrepancy with AP/PM.
- To escalate material requirement with AP/PM well in advance of execution work.
- Make sure working at site shall be carried with proper safety protocols.
- Inward material verification ensure conformance to specifications inform PM/AP/store team in case of violations etc.
- Ensure quality documentation like check lists, RFIs and all other checks are being executed prior and post execution of work without delaying site activities.
- To maintain a works diary showing all the day to day details of the particular buildings/ area assigned.
- Improper and substandard work if any shall be documented with snaps, to intimation contractor and to get rectified and produce final report to PM/AM weekly.
- Close coordination with all stream contractors and mange work.
- To ensure contractor, conduct periodical test of materials/witness and record the same.
- To follow method statements for every activities of execution.
- To ensure use of proper material on site
