We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager/Senior Executive of Talent Acquisition to manage the full recruitment cycle, with a special focus on high-volume (bulk) hiring for blue-collar and semi-white-collar roles within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing talent through various job portals and field operations, managing a team of field recruiters, and a strong command of data and reporting (MIS). Proficiency in the Telugu language is a key requirement for effective local communication.
