We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience to handle BPO hiring. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and be ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating with candidates for interview schedules and follow-ups
- Maintaining recruitment data and reports
- Ensuring timely closure of open positions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment (BPO hiring )
- Only MALE candidates are preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and interview processes
- Immediate joiner preferred
