Job Description Scanning QC Analyst

Position: Scanning QC Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking to onboard temporary resources for a Scanning QC project. The role involves reviewing scanned documents and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review scanned documents for clarity, completeness, and accuracy
Perform quality checks to identify missing pages, incorrect scans, or poor image quality
Ensure documents meet predefined QC standards
Report errors and discrepancies for correction
Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity targets
Follow process guidelines and quality benchmarks

Shift Details:

This role requires working in rotational shifts
Candidates must be flexible to work across different shifts based on business requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic computer knowledge
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to review documents carefully
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Prior experience in scanning, document processing, or QC is an added advantage
Freshers can also be considered

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong focus on quality and compliance
Willingness to adapt to changing business needs
