Job Description
Responsibilities:
*GOOD OPPORTUNITY FOR HR Freshers Muthoot Finance* The Most Trusted No:01 Finance company is looking for HR Interns who are self-starting, innovative and ambitious Fresher graduates for HR Internship Role who are passionate about the HR Career field and would like to work in a fast-paced, high growth Environment.
1)The ideal candidate will work closely with the Recruitment leads, HR Manager Corporate Team and the Business Heads.
2)You will join a team that is obsessive about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
Responsibilities
1)Completely will be give trained with On job Training on All HR aspects in Recruitment and HR Backend Operations.
2) Sourcing right candidates from different job portals and social media.
3)Connect daily with the Colleges for Campus Drive Tie ups & candidates for closing the open requirements, explain them about the job role and the company profile.
4)Scheduling interviews through our Virtual system on daily basis & check interviewers feedback
5)Maintaining the HR Report on daily basis
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. Do Backend Joining at HRMS And verification new joiners.
6) A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent.
*Requirements*
Any Degree/Certification in HR Management (preferably Gradautes ) BBA OR BCOM ONLY with south Indian languages added advantage or Any Experienced who worked in short Term in small firms with no PF and ESIC looking to Restart their HR Career.
Great communication as well as interpersonal skills, quick learner, good in researching and finding solutions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong initiative, creativity, collaboration, self-reliant and passion to learn
Excellent in presentation skills with the ability to portray a strong professional image
Strong people assessment skills
*Stipend : Best in Industry Duration 6 months hence will be Awarded with Certification and Promoted as HR Executive On roll with Best salary in BFSI Industry.*
