Job Description
About The RoleTechnical Writers to write, publish, and maintain documentation. It can range from making small
edits to existing content to creating entirely new spaces and pages. We need someone who
excels at handling multiple projects and has the technical know-how to create comprehensive
guides.High Level Responsibilities
? Create high-quality Technical documentation
? Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify content gaps.
? Use a suite of internal tools to draft, develop, and publish content.
? Administer user experience surveys/studies to measure satisfaction Expected Experience
Qualified Technical Writers will be expected to have the following experience:
? Excellent writing, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
? Knowledge and proficiency in process workflows and process understanding
? Knowledge of authoring tools and formats for generating SOPs
? Understand documentation process and life cycle
? Understand project norms and metrics
? Ability to handle basic graphics for documents
? Self-motivated and flexible
? Ability to work both independently and as part of the software and technical
publications teams
? Passion for excellence and quality
? Patience and strong attention to detail Candidate experience desired
Ideal candidates should have the following experience/skills:
? Technical writing and instructional design experience (4+ years desired).
? Fluent in English language and grammar.
? Strong writing and editing ability.
? Proficiency with Confluence.
?? Jira proficiency a bonus!
? Ability to write according to our internal style guide.
? Strong communication and reporting skills
