 Your Role 
  • Design and implement mature S&OP processes with clear cadence and governance for alignment across functions.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy through advanced statistical methods and bias reduction techniques.
  • Monitor and report planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
  • Identify gaps in current planning processes and recommend actionable improvements to enhance efficiency.

    •  Your Profile 
  • Experience in demand planning and S&OP process design, with strong understanding of demand-supply dynamics.
  • Knowledge of forecasting models, bias correction techniques, and advanced statistical methods for accuracy improvement.
  • Proficiency in advanced planning tools (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical mindset, and ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
