Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centric designs that enhance usability and delight customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Analyze user feedback and data to improve user experience continuously.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approach.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS (basic understanding preferred).
