Processing online, email and phone sales
Ensuring order and invoice accuracy
Performing basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries
Should have good communication skill
Should be well versed with MS Excel, PPT and Word
Responsible for all the new order registration of entire Branch
Responsible for all order amendment, variation & add work in SAP.
Tender code & participate for Government (PWD/CPWD) projects.
Preparing quotation & pricing for new enquiry.
Making order registration report in CRM.
Entering all the order leads in CRM and maintaining the data as per company process.
Milestones update.
BG Processing.
Coordinating with other departments such as marketing to ensure that sales campaigns are supported by other departments.
Need to coordinate with HO in daily bases.
