  • Processing online, email and phone sales
  • Ensuring order and invoice accuracy
  • Performing basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries
  • Should have good communication skill
  • Should be well versed with MS Excel, PPT and Word
  • Responsible for all the new order registration of entire Branch
  • Responsible for all order amendment, variation & add work in SAP.
  • Tender code & participate for Government (PWD/CPWD) projects.
  • Preparing quotation & pricing for new enquiry.
  • Making order registration report in CRM.
  • Entering all the order leads in CRM and maintaining the data as per company process.
  • Milestones update.
  • BG Processing.
  • Coordinating with other departments such as marketing to ensure that sales campaigns are supported by other departments.
  • Need to coordinate with HO in daily bases.
