Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute process & combustion engineering for retrofit and revamp projects.
Provide technical specifications and inputs for bought-out equipment (fans, pumps, valves, ESP, feeders, burners, etc.).
Support material estimation and BOQ preparation for spare parts and revamp services.
Ensure compliance with IBR/ASME codes, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client/site discussions.

Skills & Requirements:

Expertise in thermal design software (PPSD, B&W program or equivalent); familiarity with CFD analysis.
Strong knowledge of solid fuel-fired boilers (CFBC, AFBC, Travelling Grate, PC Fired).
Experience in oil-to-gas conversion, WHRB, and Waste-to-Energy boilers.
Proficiency in piping design, duct sizing, rotary equipment sizing (fans, BFPs, feeders, compressors, turbines).
Good communication skills, ability to coordinate across teams, and willingness to travel.
Commitment to delivering accurate engineering outputs on time.
